The 2023 MYDF Annual General Meeting was held last Sunday on the 15th of October over Zoom. The meeting was chaired by MYDF President, Mr. George Tan. Over 60 MYDF members attended and listened in to the AGM where several issues were discussed and several motions were passed.
Mr. John Fam, the deputy president of MYDF proposed a few motions which were all supported in voting by the state voting delegates. The motions are as follow:
Motion 1 :
To appoint Mr. Edwin Teo as the Sub-committee Director for Publicity, Media and Information
Motion 2 :
To appoint Ms. Lee Jia Yun as the Sub-committee Director for Membership
Motion 3 :
That MYDF do apply and join as an ordinary member of Paralympic Council of Malaysia.
Motion 4 :
To propose the Councillor members be increased to 8 members
Several issues were also discussed to inform MYDF members with the latest development in Malaysia Dancesport.
